There's been quite a bit of sickness going around Abilene, including Adrian's cousins and myself. I went to the doctor Wednesday afternoon and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Adrian had a bit of a stuffy nose and we were concerned that he might come down with something, so Thursday we scheduled to take him to see his pediatrician. Doctor said there was definitely some congestion up in that sweet little nose, but the good news was that he didn't see or hear anything bad enough to prescribe meds. He told us to just monitor the little guy and be sure he didn't get worse. (Happy to report as of this writing on Sunday night, he is doing great!) Adrian did get weighed and tipped the scales at 14.3 pounds! Big man didn't get his length measured but we should find that out when he goes back for his two month check-up on the 24th of this month. When the doctor was examining Adrian, Adrian just kept staring right at the doc and cooing up a storm. The doctor actually remarked, "Wow, he really holds his gaze well. That's quite good for a baby his age." Hello! Did you hear that? My boy hold his gaze well! In all seriousness, Jenny and I are so thankful unto God for our healthy baby boy.
